PhD in Humanities (philosophy, Ecole Normale Superieure and literary studies, University of Warsaw), currently a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures, Indiana University, Bloomington, where she teaches Polish language and culture. Since October 2020, she has been a researcher affiliated with the Laboratory of Minority Literary Culture Studies (Faculty of Polish Studies, University of Warsaw). She deals with contemporary literature and philosophy and the promotion of Polish culture abroad. Her doctoral dissertation entitled Écriture intersexuée was devoted to interpersexuality in contemporary literature in the context of medical discourse and the activity of associations of interpersexual people. She collected materials for her doctoral thesis during searches in the library and archives of the Kinsey Institute, Indiana University.
