70 didactic hours + 260 hours of student’s workload, total: 13 ECTS points.
Learning goals:
The aim of the programme is the analysis of selected issues from the history of early modern, 19th and 20th century Polish literature and knowledge of the Polish language. The School is interdisciplinary, with lecturers representing literary and linguistic studies. The classes have been selected in such a way as to present in a synthetic formula the continuity of the historical-literary process and the latest trends in Polish linguistic research. The other purpose of the courses is to popularise knowledge of Polish literature and language. The school also provides space for perfecting rhetorical skills (in the area of academic discourse), using the acquired knowledge in practice, creating a solid base for independent comparative studies.
